Artwork arrives tube packed.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery dates are estimated by the specific carrier and are subject to change.<\/p>\n<p>We ship via <strong>UPS<\/strong> and <strong>Canada Post<\/strong> within Canada and estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slatkoff Camera Art<\/strong> does not guarantee delivery dates.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please contact us directly at <a href=\"mailto:info@robertslatkoff.com\"><strong>info@robertslatkoff.com<\/strong> <\/a>for details about shipping to the continental United States and overseas. Orders outside of Canada may be subject to taxes and import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.<\/p>\n<p>We do not issue refunds for any packages that are returned to us from a carrier due to being undeliverable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Exhibition Prints<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Following the Galerie ERGA exhibit in May 2022, framed pieces (same frames as the show) will be available for sale with a delay of approximately 2 to 3 weeks; quantity is limited. These works must be picked up at the artists studio. <em><strong>Please contact<\/strong><\/em> us for prices and pickup instructions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Returns \u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Slatkoff Camera Art will accept return requests within 30 days of customer receipt of product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be in its original packaging and have no visible signs of wear or use.<\/p>\n<p>To notify us of your return and to receive a <strong>return authorization<\/strong>, please email us at <a href=\"mailto:info@robertslatkoff.com\"><strong>info@robertslatkoff.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0providing the email address used to place your order, the reason for your return, as well as your order number.<\/p>\n<p>When your return is accepted, we\u2019ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package.\u00a0<u>Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.<\/u> Please make sure your Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of your package. Please note that Slatkoff Camera Art does not reimburse shipping costs incurred by customers for returning items.\u00a0EXCHANGES may be possible \u2013 kindly contact us to make arrangements.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Damages and Issues<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours at <a href=\"mailto:info@robertslatkoff.com\"><strong>info@robertslatkoff.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0if an item is delivered damaged, or if it is the wrong product so that we can evaluate and make it right.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Once your return package is received and we have inspected it, we will let you know if your return is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the amount of the item plus the initial shipping cost for the item to be shipped to you on your original payment method.<\/p>\n<p>Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns to be received and processed. Returning artwork is a hassle, and if you don\u2019t spell it out clearly it\u2019s likely that an unhappy customer may simply demand a refund without a return.<\/p>\r\n<p><b>Will you refund shipping costs or cover return shipping? <\/b><\/p>\r\n<p>Whatever you decide, write this clearly into your policy. The customer will likely assume that if you accept returns, they will not have to pay to return a piece. If your policy is otherwise you will need to make it clear.<\/p>\r\n<p><b>For what length of time will you accept returns?<br \/><\/b><\/p>\r\n<p>Most retail stores operate on a 30, 60, or 90 day return policy. For a small business with limited cash flow, a shorter amount of time is a safer bet to ensure that refundable money isn\u2019t accidentally spent. Also consider requesting that returns include tracking information and possibly insurance if the piece of highly valuable, and clarify that you will issue refunds upon safe receipt of the piece.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
